— The work in the wild

BRANDS, COMPANIES, & COMMUNITIES.
BUILT on purpose, BUILT to last.

Two decades of building — some of it mine, some of it for the founders I work with. Different industries, different scales, one method underneath all of it.

— 01 · The range

SEVEN DOMAINS. TWO DECADES.
one through-line.

Two of the numbers below are seven figures — but they don’t mean the same thing. One is a business that earned it. One is an asset that was worth it. The distance between revenue and valuation is, more or less, the entire point of how I build.

The line that runs through all of it

ONE business EARNED IT.
ONE asset was WORTH IT.

The distance between revenue and valuation is, more or less, the entire point of how I build.

01 · Business Architecture
7-figures
a year, in-house
Revenue · earned

I build companies. This one happened to be fashion.

A seven-figure-a-year brand, built from nothing and run entirely in-house — design, manufacturing, marketing, sales, the whole machine under one roof. It happened to be fashion. The point is that it was a company, built end to end, not a storefront bolted onto someone else’s supply chain.

The skill was never fashion. The skill is building the entire thing and making it run.

02 · Platforms
7-figures
valuation
Asset · worth it

I don’t build content. I build the thing content runs on.

A post disappears in a day. An audience is on loan from whoever owns the algorithm. A platform is infrastructure — it holds value, compounds it, and can be valued and sold like anything else you own.

One of mine was valued at seven figures. That’s the difference between making money and building something worth money: architecture, with a number attached.

03 · Community
300K
women · 20K daily
Belonging

Anyone can build an audience. Almost nobody builds a community.

An audience follows you. A community belongs to something — and in an era of infinite content and scarce trust, belonging is the last real moat.

I built one to 300,000 women, 20,000 of them active every single day. Not a number that looks good on a slide. A place people actually live in, that compounds while you sleep.

04 · Personal Brands
4
continents
US · CA · EU · AU

Built from nothing. On four continents.

Personal brands designed and built across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The architecture underneath the brand — the positioning, the structure, the engine that carries it — not the influencer version that’s all surface and no foundation.

05 · Distribution
150K
owned reach
Not rented

150,000 people, and not one of them rented.

A personal brand grown past 150,000 across social. The point was never the posting — it’s owned reach, built deliberately, so the attention belongs to me and not to an algorithm I’m renting by the day.

Owned distribution is the difference between building on your own land and building on someone else’s.

06 · Coaching
50+
founders, rebuilt
Same method

Even here, the work was architecture.

Coaching is one of the industries I’ve built in — and the work was the same as everywhere else: positioning, offer design, acquisition, the operating model underneath. Three of them, briefly.

Karen
KarenOffer & acquisition architecture

A real audience, an offer that wasn’t landing, an acquisition system held together with tape. We rebuilt the positioning, redesigned the offer, and architected a system that turned conversations into clients. Fourteen signed in five weeks — no ads, no launch theatre.

Magdalena
MagdalenaPositioning & sales architecture

The skill and the experience were there; the strategic position and the sales architecture weren’t. We rebuilt the positioning, repriced the offer to the value it actually carried, and installed a sales system that didn’t depend on her being online twelve hours a day. The first repriced offer sold within weeks. A $30K engagement followed.

Emma
EmmaOperating model redesign

No clear model, no clear audience, a business that depended entirely on her being available. We rebuilt the operating model from the ground up — clarified who she served, restructured the offer to match, and designed the workflow so the business stopped needing her in the room to function. The result: predictable five-figure months, on a fraction of the hours.

— 07 · New ventures

THE WORK too big, or too early,
to CAPTION.

Platforms in education and healthcare. Betting on a new type of leadership. Ventures being built right now that I can’t write about yet — different industries, longer arcs, higher stakes. Work measured by what gets built, not what gets posted.

IF YOU’RE BUILDING something
WORTH BUILDING, let’s talk.

Every engagement is custom, so the only real way to know if we should build together is to talk. Tell me what you’re making. I’ll tell you whether I’m the right person to help build it.
