I BUILD BUSINESSES.
a small number of them, very SERIOUSLY.
A handful of clients each year. Deep, custom engagements with a long arc — real architecture, built end to end, the same way I build my own. No off-the-shelf programs. No group calls at 9pm on a Tuesday.
IT LOOKS like range.
it’s actually one METHOD.
If you’ve seen the work, you’ve seen the spread — a company, a platform, a community, brands on four continents. It can read like someone who does a lot of different things. It isn’t. It’s one method, run again and again on different material.
Strategy first.
What you’re building, for whom, why it matters, and how it works economically. Get that wrong and everything downstream wobbles with it.
Architecture second.
The model, the offer, the operating system, the communication infrastructure — designed deliberately, on paper, before anything goes live. Not assembled from whatever was lying around.
AI & systems.
Built into the foundation to carry the weight that used to take a team of ten. Not a bolt-on at the end — the quiet layer underneath that makes the whole thing run.
That’s the engine. The industry changes. The method doesn’t. Which is the entire reason the work travels as far as it does.
MOST PEOPLE who advise on
BUSINESSES have never
BUILT one.
A consultant hands you a deck and wishes you luck. I hand you a working business and stay until it runs without me — built for you the way I built for myself, because I don’t really know how to do it any other way. That’s most of the difference. It’s also most of the value.
FOUR PHASES, built around your
BUSINESS — not a TEMPLATE.
We start with the truth. Where the business actually is, what’s working, what’s quietly broken, what you’re really trying to build. No assumptions, no recycled frameworks — just a clear-eyed look at the whole thing.
Then we design the blueprint — the model, the offer, the economics, the operating system, the AI layer, the communication infrastructure — the whole thing on paper before we touch anything live. Measure twice.
Then we build it. Systems installed, AI in place, communication infrastructure live, the whole thing in motion. This is the part most people skip and most consultants can’t do — and it’s where the design stops being a plan and starts being a business. It’s also where most engagements live the longest.
The business runs itself. You run the business. I stay close enough to be useful and far enough to be unnecessary. That’s the goal of good architecture — it doesn’t need its architect on speed dial.
WHO this is for.
and who it ISN’T.
- You’re building something serious and want someone who can build across the whole business, not just consult on one slice of it.
- You want someone who’s built their own companies — not someone advising from a deck they’ve never had to live inside.
- You’re done with the hustle playbook. You’d rather have a smaller, smarter business than a bigger, more chaotic one.
- You want AI built into the foundation of what you’re making — not bolted on later as a buzzword.
- You’re ready to invest in a real engagement, not a $97 course or a 6-week group thing.
- You want to be told what to post on Instagram tomorrow.
- You’re looking for someone to validate a plan you’ve already half-built and don’t really want to change.
- “Move fast and break things” is your personal philosophy. I move thoughtfully and build things to last.
- The phrase “six-figure launch in 14 days” makes your eyes light up. We probably won’t get along.
if that sounds like the RIGHT
KIND of work, the next step
is a CONVERSATION.
Every engagement is custom, so the only real way to know if we should build together is to talk. Tell me what you’re making. I’ll tell you whether I’m the right person to help build it.
